Buy
An order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours after the order is received by Vaggaro. If delivery is changed in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase without charge until the goods are sent. Vaggaro.com has ownership and withdrawal rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. In order to shop with us, you must be 18 years and Vaggaro.com must be able to determine the customer’s home address.

Prices
The prices include 25% VAT for orders within the EU. At the confirmation order, prices can only be changed by circumstances Vaggaro.com has no control over. For example, significantly changing commodity prices, currency fluctuations or amended VAT. Should the price change, the customer has the right to free cancel the purchase.

Shipping

Free shipment  within the EU

For deliveries to European countries outside the EU, a third party shipping and handling fee will be added.

Shipment outside Europe will be quoted individually.

Payment options / payment terms
Payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Our payment service PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

Deliveries
Orders made before 16.00 on non-holiday weekday processed the same day and are normally delivered within 2-3 days within Sweden.

Orders to the Nordic countries and the European Union will usually be delivered, within 2 to 7 days. If a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery time may be longer. In this case, you get a message. We reserve for all stock items will be sold out before we can update the site, and then tell us customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase without charge unless the item is in stock.

Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery delays by our suppliers beyond our control. This can occur, for example when a provider is unable to meet its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this happens, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage that the delay is accomplished. You can trust that we will always notify you of the delivery is delayed. You, the customer is always right to cancel the purchase without cost at the delivery delay.

Transport
Vaggaro.com is responsible for the transportation of ordered products to our customers. You and transportation company assumes the risk of returning the product to us.

Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. Have you received a faulty or damaged goods, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail info@vaggaro.com.

Right of withdrawal and return policy
As a customer of Vaggaro.com we offer a 30 day return policy from the date you received your item. If you are not satisfied with your product once you send it to us and get your money back. When exercising the right of withdrawal / return of goods, the customer for the return shipping.

Complaints
If you wish to complain about a damaged or defective product, please contact us via email for further instructions. Tell us anytime by email info@vaggaro.com before you return the item. Add with the invoice / receipt so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.

In case of conflict, we always follw ARN’s recommendations.

Refunds
Repayment is via PayPal. The amount refunded is always the same account used for the purchase as soon as possible after we have received and accepted the return.

Reservation
We reserve the right for changes in prices caused by large price deviations from our suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events during the Force Majeure below.

Protection of personal data
In connection with the registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your information in our business only in order to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. According to the Personal Data Act (Data Protection Act) you have the right to get the information we have stored on you and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. If so, contact our customer service (preferably by e-mail info@vaggaro.com). We also declare that we will not sell or transfer any personal information (see our privacy policy).

Not Picked-package
If your package arrives at a delivery point a notification is sent via email or text to you. You, the customer is responsible for the mobile phone number, the address and the email address you entered is correct.

If you do not pick up your package so you will be charged an administrative fee of 250 SEK.

Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, strikes, government decisions and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the contractual agreements and pledges from our side, which means that we can not keep that agreement / pledge, shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfill that contract.

Warranty
Vaggaro offers 3 years warranty on all products. Warranty covers only original manufacturing defects, and not errors that occur due to self-change of the product’s function and appearance, accident, neglect, deviation from maintenance and service instructions as well as normal wear and tear.

Cookies
This website contains so-called cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer including tell us about your username of us and if you are a new or returning visitor to the store. There are two types of cookies, one that is permanently stored on your computer and a so-called session cookie. The latter are not stored on your computer and disappear when you close your browser.
